Hi! My name is Gifty and I have many years of accumulated experience and success as an 11 Plus tutor. Many of my past tutees are now proud students of Grammar schools including KEGS (King Edward VI Grammar School, Chelmsford), Westcliff, Southend, Dartford, Wilmington and many others.
I am the founder of scltutors – a platform which is dedicated to leveraging the internet to support children with their curriculum and learning needs particularly for the 11 Plus and Private/Independent school exams.
I am a teacher by profession and taught for many years in a local comprehensive school in London. Right now, I spend the majority of my time supporting and coaching children who wish to take the 11-Plus exam and enter into a Grammar or an Independent school .
On this website, we offer simple-to-follow group as well as one to one tutorial lessons that cover the major curriculum topics needed for the 11+ Math and Key Stage 2 SATs Math exams. We also offer live tutorial sessions in English (Comprehension, SPaG & Creative Writing), Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
Keeping it real, we are not magicians and we cannot turn silver into gold but we certainly can help sharpen the natural learning skills and abilities of children who are ready and willing to take on the challenge to improve themselves.
