Online Learning Pro Tips For Kids
Schools are closed and all learning as we’re all aware has now moved online. It’s a difficult time for many parents with young children of school going age.
Again the lock down means all learning has now shifted online and teachers, students or parents, we are all forced to quickly adapt to this new style of using technology to keep the children’s learning ongoing and progressive.
So in this call, I want to share a few ideas with parents how we can make this process practicable and manageable and more productive for the children.
We’re all familiar with technology-use and the many possibilities and opportunities that it offers in practically all areas of our regular and day-to-day lives.
In fact none of us can now imagine life without technology as we all know technology has come to offer us opportunities we never thought possible just a few short years ago.
So with the ongoing crisis, it seems natural to simply shift all learning online . . . . – e-learning or digital learning as some would call it.
But as easy as moving online may sound, the practicality and transition from classroom based to online learning is not quite as simple as it appears and doesn’t always pan out quite as smoothly as we would want it to be.
If you’ve ever taken part in a zoom meeting or any other form of a virtual event, then you know the problems that can sometimes happen.
And so the difficulties and challenges of digital learning understandly may be quite frustrating and downright stressful for teachers, parents and students alike.
But we’re living in a crisis and whether or not we’re happy with the current state of affairs, we have to find new ways of keeping the children’s learning ongoing and moving forward and in the right direction.
